Solar-grade crystalline silicon wafer maker Green Energy Technology (GET) on March 26 decided not to distribute any dividend for 2014, according to the company.
GET posted consolidated revenues of NT$15.285 billion (US$484 million), gross margin of negative 3.65%, net operating loss of NT$1.203 billion, net loss of NT$2.068 billion and net loss per share of NT$5.54 for 2014.
Meanwhile, Crystalline silicon solar cell maker Solartech Energy on March 26 decided to raise additional paid-in capital through issuing up to 50 million new shares for sale on the Taiwan Stock Exchange and another 50 million for private placement.
Solartech Energy posted consolidated revenues of NT$9.642 billion, gross margin of 6.61%, net profit of NT$152 million and net EPS of NT$0.42 for 2014.
